I've been fortunate enough to grow up around a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, ferrets, gerbils, mice, chickens and even a squirrel which became tame; therefore, no animal is too big or too small for me. Speaking of too big, I'm a tall strong young man, so if you have a powerful dog this is no issue. Dogs which require extra attention are also no issue, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier in my profile picture is a very nervous dog as he was attacked (badly) as a puppy and so is a challenge on the lead as he fears other dogs approaching and tries to protect himself and the owner, so you have to eyes in the back of your head walking him. I am used to this kind of dog, so if your pet has any special requirements such as these, this is absolutely fine and second nature to me.
