Grant is an excellent dog-sitter and a wonderful person! He came to meet our three dogs about a week prior to our planned tripped, and they loved him! Having an older dog and a young dog that require frequent potty breaks, we were excited that Grant was able to stay in our home while we were away. He sent us photos of our pups, and he was quick to respond when we checked in. We came home to very happy pups, and our home even better than we left it! We highly recommend Grant for your pet-sitting needs!
Grant, took care of my Golden Retriever, Sam, for months. I am a teacher and do not have enough time to come home at lunch. Grant would come during the day, walk and play with Sam, love on him and make sure he was set before leaving. Grant is very dependable, trustworthy, and honest. He is great at communicating and truly has your pet’s best interst at heart! I would highly recommend Grant to take care of your pet.
We were planning a sailing trip where we knew we would have limited internet access and really wanted our pups to be at home with someone in order to keep their routine. We had experienced many difficulties and stressed out puppies using boarding facilities, so this was really the only option we wanted. We also needed to find someone that our dogs felt comfortable with. Grant came out to meet us (and our pups) about 2 months in advance of our trip. We were shocked and happily surprised when Atlas and Zoe only barked a little bit at him and then just jumped around ready to play. They clearly felt comfortable with him and you could tell that Grant really cares for dogs! We showed Grant around the property and explained what we would be needing while away. We booked right away and never looked back. A couple days before we left, Grant came back again for a quick review of our notes and a reminder to the dogs of his smell and such as he was going to be greeting them for breakfast in a couple days to start his stay with them. He wasn't really able to send us a ton of updates with our limited access, but he did send a few and I had no doubts that they were all having fun and he was helping them feel comfortable and keeping their usual routines! We arrived back to our home having looked like no one had stayed there at all and puppies that were happy to see us, but were clearly not stressed out :) I cannot thank Grant enough for staying at our home for 10 days and playing with and managing our boisterous pups!!! I also feel an immense peace knowing that we can book again for our next trip and the dogs will already know him. Thanks again Grant!!! Love, Becca, Darren, Atlas and Zoe
We have used Grant on several occasions to watch our dogs. We have a 100+ lb golden who can be a bit high maintenance and a small dachshund mix who takes awhile to warm up to new people. I feel comfortable when Grant is watching them as he often will send pics and updates and will let me know once the little dog has settled down which is usually quick with him. Grant stays in our home and it's always nice to come home to our house looking like it did when we left.
