Pet care experience
Like the Charlie Brown saying goes, "If I can't bring my dog, I'm not going". Ever since adopting my cattle dog mix in 2021 whom I named Lucchese (like the cowboy boots), I do my very best to take her everywhere. It's through this bond we've created, I was reminded just how very special our pets become and that we'd do anything for them. I wanted a way to give back & share the love I have for her with others and at the same time instill a sense of trust and security knowing that someone is watching after their dog as if it were my own, which is what lead me to Rover. Prior to adopting my pup, I had 2 Boxers during high school through college, fostered countless other Boxers and participated in multiple Florida Boxer Rescue and The Humane Society of Tampa Bay events. My skill sets include highly attentive care, patience and love for puppies through older dogs with special requirements and needs.

Grant is very responsible pet owner and dog walker. I have trusted him with my two dogs on many occasions without worry and would be happy to put them in his care any time.
Grant has taken care of both my cat as my dog many times. He does a great job with both of them, and they can be a handful at times. I have nothing but great things to say, Grant has always been trustworthy and punctual!

When inside, my dog has free range of my home but typically stays downstairs within earshot. I have a closed in patio that she loves to lay out on and sun herself or chase the ball. I also have a fenced in dog park within my complex that we play in multiple times a day. In the event I have to run out and am unable to bring her, I always leave virtual dog walking videos on the TV or play some of her favorite shows like Super Pupz or Pup Academy on Netflix to keep her occupied and entertained. I also utilize Furbo which allows me to virtually check in on her and pay her with treats while I'm away.

Telling me a little bit about their personality and how they are around other dogs is very important. How are they on leash? Are they leash reactive? What types of commands are they familiar with? Anything that you feel will be beneficial for me to know so your pup has the most pleasant walking experience.
A typical day
I love taking my dog to Davis Island dog park, Picnic Island dog park, Gadsden Park and Deputy Kotfila Memorial Dog Park in Channelside which is a great covered park so dogs are able to get reprieve from the hot Florida sun. Bayshore is also another one of my favorite places to walk my pup.
