Grant was a very responsible and understanding caretaker. I recently lost one of my dogs to old age. The surviving two haven't quite been themselves as they adjust to the new dynamic in the house. I had to travel for work soon after this happened and Grant stepped in to help with the pups, making sure they ate and were comforted. This was particularly difficult as my basset hound can be a bit skittish with new people. But, Grant was very gentle and patient. He took them for walks, fed them and gave them comfort. This was not an easy assignment, but all was well when I returned from my trip and I felt better knowing they had someone caring for them that was sensitive to their needs. I would definitely recommend Grant to others using Rover.
