I miss my dog, and dogs in general
Pet care experience
I'm a first-year college student at the University of Portland. I'm majoring in biology and am planning on become a biomedical engineer, but am open to other careers as well. I've had dogs my entire life up until now including one afghan hound and one Australian Sheppard, both of which are very active breeds. Dogs have been a big part of my childhood miss having them in my life. I am available in the morning before my classes (before 11 am) and am also available in between classes and most evenings. Caring for dogs is the ideal job for me right now, nothing is more fun and relaxing then spending quality time with dogs. I am looking forward to meeting many fine dogs and owners.

A familiar sound in our home was “I’m taking Grady for a walk”! Now that our son Graham is off to University, both Graham and our Australian Shepard Grady are missing their walks. Graham has always loved all sorts of animals especially dogs. I would be hard pressed to come up with a better match than Graham and spending time with dogs. Graham is currently attending University of Portland on an academic scholarship. I think Graham would become a fast friend of all the dogs he meets and do a great job walking/sitting. Sincerely, Rick

Ideally we would walk to a park or grassy area nearby to have more freedom and the ability to play games and run around. I am more than happy to play any games that your dog enjoys. If there aren't any open areas nearby then we will walk through the neighborhood and avoid busy, high-traffic streets.
