Graham seemed like a really nice guy and was honest about him having to go through a move out of his apartment. He reassured me that as long as I was okay with Luigi being transported during the move that he would love to watch him. We went to drop off our dog and we should have known right then that he wasn't the right person to watch our dog. His apartment had over 10 people in there with sleeping bags on the ground and it was an mess. Regardless of him moving out, that was no place for someone's dog to be watched. Not having any other options, we decided to trust Graham and leave our puppy with him. We were 100% honest about our dog and that he might cry because he's a puppy. We received a message late the night after we dropped him off saying that he could no longer care for our dog because he wouldn't stop whining. He said it was too much and he felt bad bringing the dog to his new address because his mom has work. He expected us to pick our dog up at 11 at night when he knew we were out of town. Luckily we were able to get my boyfriend back to the building from where we were staying and get him to a new sitter. It was beyond an inconvenience and very disappointing. Especially expecting us to wait for him to bring the dog til 11 at night. Please make sure he actually understands and accepts full responsibility for the inconvenience a dog brings.

Graham has house/dog sat my two older dogs on multiple occasions over the last 2.5 years. Having two older dogs that need more attention can make it difficult to leave town without being a nervous wreck, but I always feel comfortable when Graham is available. As a person Graham is a very calm, patient and responsible; as an animal caretaker he is very caring and attentive. My dogs were always happy and healthy when we came home - like they hadn't even missed us a bit! Your pets are in good hands when choosing Graham!
