Gracie was just fine other than she returned my dog with an injury. The explanation she gave is that he was getting pet by some guy at the dog park and that guy stepped on him. She didn't talk to the guy to ask what happened and didn't see it happen, so who knows what actually occurred. It was frustrating trying to deal with it while driving a uhaul home solo, and I felt bad about the pain George was in. Gracie wasn't much help in making a decision whether to take him to the vet, either. After discussing things for a few minutes I asked her to take him to the vet and I feel like had she hustled she could have made it time, but that didn't happen. George wouldn't put any weight on that leg 4 hours later when I picked him up, and wouldn't put weight on it into the next morning. He then limped for 2 days. I understand accidents happen, just detailing the interaction.

I went on vacation for a couple of weeks and needed a dog sitter for my two big dogs. Luckily, I knew Gracie was great with dogs (and cats) so I asked her if she could look over them while I was out of town. She did an excellent job and my dogs love her. She was very responsive on when she was at the house and when she would take the dogs out for a potty break or walk. I’d definitely recommend Gracie as someone you can trust to take care of your pets!
