I've recently gotten into pet care, though I did work as a client service representative at a VCA Animal Hospital for nine months. I learned a lot about animal behavior, as I was the first person clients and animals would see when they entered the building.

Grace has been my go to pet sitter for two years now. She stays with my pets while I am on vacation. My vacations can last anywhere from a weekend to 10 days or more. Grace has a great rapport with both my dogs. I have two smaller dogs one who is 14 years old and one who is 7. I am at ease when I'm away because I know that they are being well taken care of. My neighbors always comment at how nice she seems and how much the dogs love her. When I come home the dogs are healthy, happy and the house is cleaner than I left it. I highly recommend Grace as a pet caregiver.
Grace is dedicated to taking care of pets. In fact, she even spotted when my dog had a urine infection and took care of it before I came back from my vacation. She walked my dog multiple times throughout the day, and he was very happy with Grace. She is extremely responsible and has strong integrity.

I do my best to make sure the pets still feel at home whenever I pet sit at my client's home. I'm the guest after all and I want to make sure the pets are comfortable with me in their space. I make sure to meet the pets beforehand so that they're used to me and familiar, so when I end up staying for however long I'm needed, the pets know me and aren't upset or uncomfortable. Your pets comfort and safety is the most important thing to me.

Also, if there's any behavior you're hoping to enforce in the home or on walks, let me know so I can keep consistent with the work you've already done! I would also like to make sure I know of any dietary restrictions so your dog is getting everything they need.
A typical day
I love going on walks with dogs and letting them get out any energy. It's important for them to stretch their legs and explore outside. I am more than happy to play with them inside the house or in a fenced in area. And we can unwind with a cuddle and plenty of pats.

Availability
Currently, my schedule is wide open as I search for a job, so I'm very flexible with my time. That could potentially change once I find a full-time job, however right now I'm looking forward to spending some time with as many dogs as I can!
