Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Grace! I've never lived a day in my life without at least one dog to care for, and I wouldn't have it any other way! I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs, and I'd love to help you out with your furry best friend(s) in any way that I can :). My main services are dog walking and drop in visits, but I'm also open to hosting pets or house sitting while you're away. I've raised my own dogs from puppyhood before, so I understand the importance of always paying attention to when they need to be fed, given water, taken out, played with, or just shown some extra love and attention. Rest assured, if you choose to pair me with your pet, I won't just make sure they're taken care of. I'll do everything I can to make sure they're having so much fun that they barely even notice their favorite human is away!

Information Grace S. would like to know about your pet
I love all dogs and don't have any breed preferences, but I would appreciate knowing if your dog has any unique behaviors before I meet them. For example, if they like to run away as soon as a door opens, that would be great to know so I can be sure they're on a leash beforehand. Similarly, if they can't play fetch in an unfenced area without running away I would love to know that. Just let me know any general safety concerns to keep in mind while caring for your dog!
A typical day
Just as I do with my own, I would make sure your dogs are engaging in fun activities. I would definitely take them on walks at least a few times every day. I live near a nature reserve and Salisbury University, both of which have some nice walking/jogging trails. Additionally, I have a large backyard, so if your dog is a retriever, we can play fetch for as long as they want. I can also help them practice any tricks that you have taught them and socialize them with my own dogs to make sure they don't get lonely (for reference, I have one large and one small dog). Of course, if your dog is shy, I can keep them separate. Overall, I would strive to keep them continuously entertained with games, walks, and plenty of outdoor activity!
