Pet care experience
I’ve been pet-sitting for 5 years! I can take your dog on walks, take care of them and play during the day and/or evening, and administer medications. I also have some delicious healthy dog biscuit recipes and need puppy samplers to help me perfect them! Can also look after cats and other domesticated animals if you have them in your home for a small added fee. It is important for dogs to get a good amount of exercise and play each day specific to their size, breed, and age. If you are away or work long hours and need someone to keep your pooch occupied and entertained, a pet-sitter like me is a great option. After a few visits, a bond grows between a dog and its sitter, and this ensures they are happy and healthy while you’re away.

Before looking after your dog, I’ll need to know if he or she has any disabilities or illnesses that will affect my care for them. I’ll also need to know a bit about their lifestyle/routine, such as how often they eat during the day and when they like to be walked. Other necessary information is vet address and contact details in case of emergency.
A typical day
If there are good dog-friendly parks local to your home, that’s a great place to start. If there aren’t any close and you live in a safe neighborhood, or on a quiet road this can also be a great option. I’m also happy to let them off the leash in a fenced area and run about with them. Near me there are two parks, one with a great area for running about if your dog is used to being let of the leash and returning when called. These are Lamorbey Park (small but great for walking) and Foots Cray Meadow (big and open, about a 15 minute walk from my house so by the time we come home dogs are usually knackered!). If there are any specific toys your dog loves then we’ll get those out as well at home.
