Pet care experience
I'm a Clinical Psych student working from home. I'm an experienced foster parent for the SPCA, so let me tell you-- I can handle any dog's needs! I've got plenty of room to run around in my apartment, a ton of clean toys to play with, quality doggy food/treats, and I'm always happy to walk them around Central & Riverside Parks, both a 2 minute walk from my apartment. I'll keep your baby cuddled, full bellied, and well cared for. I'm also great at administering medication if your dog needs that. Most importantly, I'll make sure your dog gets tons of potty breaks and stays super comfortable at all times. They'll have no problems with the organization, cleanliness, or safety of my apartment, which I tend to quite carefully.

Grace was super attentive to our dog and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated the entire time and did amazing with a big dog who can sometimes be stubborn.

I offer tailored service. I live in an apartment with a doorman a block from Riverside Park and a few minutes from Central Park. When your pup stays with me, we’ll explore as much as your pet is comfortable and wherever you as the owner prefer. I do not take leashes off as a rule, and I will not have your pup interacting with others in the park or street. At your home, it’s all about respecting your space and following the routines your fur baby is used to. At my place, it’s all about helping your baby adapt, keeping those routines in place, and of course, having lots of cuddles and fun! Safety is paramount! You will never have to worry that your pup will be with anyone other than myself, in trusted hands.

Information Grace R. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if a dog carries any transmissible illnesses. I would especially like to know if the dog has any form of bug infestation like fleas, scabies, ticks, mites, etc. If this is unknown information, I will not take the dog as I am concerned for furniture and carpeting. I need parents to be honest with me about energy levels, barking, bathroom accidents, and destructive behavior towards furniture and other items. I am generally flexible, but if your dog could cause any amount of damage to my apartment or a noise violation, I really must know this in order to work best with you. Generally with puppies, I will just add a surcharge if they are very accident-prone :)
A typical day
We can go on walks in riverside or central park! I like to walk along the water when it gets hot out. We will play fetch and go to dog-friendly restaurants (dog's behavior permitting). I will do a long walk and outdoor play every 2 hours at least, usually more unless it is really hot out.
