Pet care experience
Having lived with dogs for over 9 years, I’ve experienced puppies, old dogs, slow dogs, excited dogs, disabled dogs... you name it! I love them all. Walking is one of my favourite activities so this might just be the perfect job for me. I have experience caring for poorly dogs and am pretty good at communicating. Living in a flat away from home means that I have to be away from my dog at home, so looking after other dogs (or cats) is the next best thing! I’ll treat them as if they were my own. :) I also have one lovely cat. My cat Poppy is almost 14 now and I still love her to bits. She is very spoiled. I hope you’ll consider me for looking after your pet(s). It would be a pleasure.

Being an animal care assistant who spends lots of time caring for pets in vet practices, I really have seen it all. I also have experience working in dog shelters with often hundreds of dogs. I bring a calm energy to pets, but also know how to respond quickly and safely in stressful environments. My dog training experience often comes in handy when dog sitting.

No preferences. I only need to know if the dog has any issues with other dogs / people etc. Or if the dog is / isn’t allowed off the lead.
A typical day
Parks, frisbee, tennis balls - I’m all about making sure both the dog and I are having a great time. I have also started running outside so, it it’s appropriate, I’ll run the dog with me.

I work as an ACA (animal care assistant) in VetsNow Colchester on the weekends. So I am available on weekdays to look after your furry friends.
