Hi, my name is Grace, and I have dog-sat for almost 10 years now. I have always worked as a teacher throughout the year and loved spending my weekends and holidays looking after dogs. This summer I made the choice to lean into my passion for taking care of dogs and I'll be dog walking/dog sitting full time. I’m hoping to find some doggies to take on walks and spend some time with during the week. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to take care of dogs of all ages and have watched puppies as young as four months old and as old as 14 years old. I have a 3-year-old lab/ridgeback pupper of my own and I know how important it is for them to let their energy out! I look forward to having the chance of working with you and your doggies.

All dogs are different! If you can share with me if they have specific things they do or don't like it will help me build a trusting relationship with your dog. For example, I watch a dog who doesn't like their ears to be pet. Knowing that beforehand helps me in giving that dog the positive experience they deserve. Open and clear communication is much appreciated!
A typical day
Itis so important for doggies to have an outlet for their energy! We can play games, checkout the smells in the neighborhood, and make sure we're having fun and working out some energy.

Availability
I'm currently available full-time to take care of your fur babies. I can do dog walks and drop-in visits during the week and on weekends. I've had a number of families that I've had the chance to help who were going out of town and couldn't or didn't want to board their dog so I would stop by their homes 3 or 4 times a day to feed their dogs, play with them, walk them, and just love on them.
