Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with pets of all kinds. Horses, goats, sheep, ducks, dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, fish- you name it. I love them all and caring for them brings me joy. I was going to school to be a veterinarian and worked for over a year in a vet clinic before I decided it wasn’t for me. I’m currently getting my masters in social work and with a large portion of my classes online, I have lots of time to spend with your fur babies. One of the nice things about having my vet clinic background is that I’ve cared for animals of all different sizes and breeds as well as all different upbringings. We had many shelter dogs that had known nothing but abuse and I had to gain their trust before I could even get near them. It’s a very rewarding feeling to know that the dog felt secure enough to let you in. Feel free to scroll through my pictures to see what I’m all about!

We are so happy we found Grace!! She was amazing. Checked in with us often (pictures and notes) and upon arriving home found the best detailed notes. She took care of 4 dogs and we could tell how loved and cared for they had been. We just know when we go out of town again, we’ll make sure Grace is available to take care of our girls.
Grace is the best! We know our pups will not only be responsibly cared for, but with much love and attention. Having Grace for a sitter means we can totally relax and enjoy our vacation.

It is important for me to get the full run down in the meet and greet, no beating around the bush. Most things I can handle, but I have learned where my limits are. If we meet and I know that it is going to be too much for me or that we simply won't be a good fit, please don't take it personally-- I really want you and your pet to have an amazing experience.
A typical day
I prefer to follow your lead on this one! No one knows your pet better than you. What are their favorite toys? Are they a water dog or do they prefer to snuggle on the couch? Each pet is different so I make sure we fit in things that they will enjoy.

Availability
I am able to spend a lot of time with your pet as most things in my schedule are able to be moved around. I will need a few hours in the morning and evening to fulfill other commitments but the rest of the time my schedule is pretty open.
