Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with multiple animals in the house at all times. I’ve been responsible for looking after my two cats starting when I was 10. I also share the responsibility of feeding, walking, and playing with my family’s two dogs. My family has also looked after friends’ pets, and my mom boarded dogs from Rover for a while.

So wonderful having a reliable sitter to watch our babies while we were away! We were able to relax during our trip knowing they were in great hands with Grace.
Grace was wonderful and super easy to work with! She spent a few nights with our dog Autzen and she took him on a bunch of walks and a trip to the beach! We were very grateful with how respectful and tidy Grace was, and she even changed the bed for us before getting home which was life saving after a long day of travel. We also appreciated Grace’s flexibility staying a little later when our flight was delayed, and coming over a week before to do a meet & greet. Thank you Grace!

I’m very careful about keeping my two cats inside (a huge fear of mine is that they’ll get outside). I also always make sure food or potentially dangerous things are out of my food-loving lab’s reach. I understand crating and fenced areas are important for some animals as well!

A typical day
With my dogs, I like to switch up their walks between parks and residential areas. That way they get a mix of exciting and calming surroundings. I also love teaching dogs new tricks for some mental exercise. My favorite place to walk my dogs is Volunteer Park because it has so many paths and open grassy areas.
