Pet care experience
I am a huge dog and cat lover, as I have grown up with at least 2 cats in my home my whole life and have had a dog for 8 years. I frequently take my dog on walks when I am home from school (I go to college here in LA) and help feed, groom, and keep her busy! I love to spend time with all my families pets but especially love taking care of my dog. I can ensure that I am gentle and kind with animals and can also help to continue training if needed. My sister’s puppy recently has been learning “sit”, “place”, “down”, and other terms and she has emphasized the importance of this repetition with her dog to ensure it is well trained. Additionally, I am extremely organized, a hard-worker, a good communicator, and self-motivated. I am a UCLA sophomore looking to spend some time with dogs and to help them have better, more active lives!

I would like to know if the dog has a tendency to bite or pull hard on a leash. I don’t have any breed preferences.
A typical day
If the owner is comfortable I could take the dog to the nearby dog parks, or if that isn’t preferred I would take the dog on walks around the Westwood area, on the east side of UCLA’s campus. As mentioned before I can help with training, but mostly can play fetch and I can even go on runs with the dog as well if that is preferred.
