Pet care experience
I believe in making time for things that bring me joy and pet sitting is one of them! I've been a Rover sitter for 2+ years and it's definitely brought me more joyful memories than any other gig out there. I am a hardworking, responsible individual and a very fast learner (bachelor degree from University of Toronto and MBA from Queens). I have volunteered at the animal shelters and taken courses on animal behaviour specifically dogs and cats. My goal of working on Rover is to learn the skills necessary to provide the highest quality service and care for your pets, and prepare myself to become a per parent in the hopefully near future. In that regard Rover has been an extremely rewarding and fulfilling experience so far!!
Reviews
Grace was great with Nova!, my pup was super excited when she saw Grace and enjoyed her walk even more!
Grace was amazing with my little guy. Would definitely use her again!!
Grace looked after our miniature poodle in our home while we were away for two weeks and she was great! We could see from the daily photos that Luna was happy with her. Grace made sure we returned to a clean home and even left us a little gift and card. We'd be happy to book her again.
Grace was a total lifesaver as she was able to accept the booking last-minute. She went above and beyond our expectations. From the pictures she sent, our cats, who are normally very shy around strangers, trusted and warmed up to her right away. We will definitely be requesting Grace again the next time we are out of town.

My 3 commitments to all my clients: 1) All else aside, safety and security are always no.1 2) I'll care for your pet/home like it's my own - being responsible and trustworthiness are my biggest strengths 3) I'll provide clear, timely and transparent communication - you are never in the dark and will get a worry-free, hassle-free experience
Information Grace F. would like to know about your pet
I believe communication is the no.1 thing that will set our provider-client partnership up for success. Prior to performing the service, I'll be sure to reach out and discuss and note down any of your instructions (what name does the dog respond to, what commands they respond to, eating schedule etc) and special needs or habits your dog may have. I'll do my absolute best to accomodate them.
A typical day
Fun activities I can do with the doggo: 1) let the dog lead the way and explore new neighborhoods - everyone gets bored of the same old route 2) go to local parks that are safe - I love Jinkerson Park and Sardis Park 3) have the dogs sniff around which is important for mental stimulation 4) switch up pace, mixing some walking, jogging, sprinting and stairclimbing {Jinkerson steps would be great for that!) 5) if the dog is comfortable, play some fun games, like tag, hide and seek, doggy yoga (pet will be kept on the leash in public space for safety)
