Pet care experience
I've had experience working as a veterinarian assistant, I have also taken veterinarian tech classes where I learned various ways to help take care of animals medically whether it be administrating medications or providing first aid to pets. In my petsitting years of experience I have worked comfortably with all types of animals from hyperactive, deaf, blind, aggressive, special needs, diabetic, to even assisting with dog and cat births. I also have an abundance of experience grooming dogs. My skills include bathing, haircuts (cannot guarantee perfection) and nail care. My whole life has been spent around various animals ranging from reptiles to mice to dogs and cats. Aside from animals being a personal passion of mine, I love plants. I know how to take care of house /outdoor plants and enjoy doing so.

She was great with our dog. We could tell that our puppy was loved in her care.
Grace does a great job with my senior dog, giving her the special care she needs.

I have a fenced yard where pets can play. Most of the time pets will hang out with me in my living room which is spacious and I have a kennel that I can set up if none is provided. I do take ONLY ONE dog at a time boarding at my house just so everyone has their space and I can focus on really giving my time and attention to your animal. I also have a 4 year old that is extremely patient and smart when it comes to interacting with all kinds of animals. He loves to snuggle with the relaxed animals and play with the hyper ones as well. We live in a nice neighborhood that would be fantastic for walking with Ike around the corner. My entire family is very friendly. We all love animals and are excited to meet new pets. We have 2 very sweet cats however they stay upstairs and will not be interacting with any pets that I am pet sitting. Not because they are mean but just to give everyone their space.

My biggest concern is the temperament of your animal mainly because I must take care for my child. I'd like to know if your pet has any medical issues/health conditions, medication they must take and various allergies. I'd also love to know what your pet usually likes to do for fun whether it be play fetch or have a chew toy.
A typical day
For walks we will walk around the neighborhood branching out towards Eisenhower High School and looping back through the neighborhoods around my house. We may also go to the dog park by Randal or the Arboretum.
