Grace is very good with our dog. She sent us pictures and kept us up to date with how things were going. We would highly recommend her.

We were disappointed that Grace did not provide the service we contracted for and expected. We had signed up for house-sitting for four nights and had talked with Grace about our cat needing someone to be with her all night at our meet-and-greet. We provided notes posted on the cupboard and showed Grace three places she could sleep. We also wanted our cat to have occasional outside time during the day. All of this was explained and posted. Grace gave us no indication that this would be an issue. Our daughter who works in the house arrived at 6:30AM each day and no one was there. Apparently our cat was freaked out every time our daughter saw her and at no time did she see Grace. Our daughter is Vivien's favorite person in the world, yet one day Vivien was so freaked out she hid in the basement and wouldn't interact with our daughter at all. When we arrived home, none of the beds had been slept in, the hand towels had not been used, and there was no indication that anyone had stayed with our cat for any period of time. Grace did come in and feed Vivien twice a day and brought the mail in one time. There was a large dog poop on our patio that was not cleaned up. This did not compare with the good experience we had with our other sitter from Rover. We gave Grace two stars because she came in and fed her.
