Pet care experience
Animals have always been a passion of mine and taking care of dogs is second nature to me. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, all different breeds. After raising, training, and caring for my 2 year old English Springer Spaniel Rosie by myself since she was 8 weeks old, I know everything that goes into dog care and beyond (I love to spoil her). Plus, she is a smart, loving energetic hunting breed which requires a little bit more work with exercise and training, but the love and companionship she gives in return makes it all worth it! I know the needs of dogs differ based on the stage of life they're in and different situations that can occur. If a dog is sick, I know how important it is to give real time, constant updates & options to help remedy (example: chicken & rice with some pumpkin). If a dog is older, I know it's important to be gentle, slow, and walk at a pace that works for them. If a dog is younger, I know it's important to positively reinforce good behavior and ignore the unwanted behavior!
Reviews
My pup and I are repeat clients of Grace and I completely trust her ❤️ We are very thankful to have found her and to have her help and care 😊
Grace was absolutely great while I was away. Chip looked very content when I came home. Grace gave me very thorough updates and lots of pictures which I appreciated. She was also very attentive to his eating when I expressed concern over it. I'd absolutely book with Grace again for any future trips!
You should absolutely book with Grace! She took such great care of Penny during their walks, and always let me know what was going on. She really does know and love dogs. I’d work with her again in a heartbeat.
Grace was great with my puppy. She has a young dog herself so she gets the puppy craziness. She’s personable and gave lots of updates. Recommend!

I have a one bedroom apartment with two comfy dog beds and a dog crate. I take dogs on leashed walks around the neighborhood & the reservoir, and depending on owner’s preference, can take them to Cassidy Park off leash if preferred.
Information Grace B. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful to know how your dog is on a leash, any quirky habits (whining, howling, barking) that aren’t cause for concern, bathroom habits, and how they generally spend their time when they’re with you, their owner! Also, if you are on a training regime (positively reinforce with treats each time the dog does x, y, z), say "No" and turn your back when dog does x, y, z, I can happily integrate that into the walk or stay!
A typical day
I love walking down Beacon Street & around my apartment, walking around Chestnut Hill Reservoir (a good 1.75 mile loop or so), and going to Cassidy Park to play fetch (if owner is comfortable with that, will only do so based on requests).

Availability
I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. My meeting schedule can change daily, but on a given day I have availability within a 3 hour window in both the morning and afternoon, so we can definitely find time to get your pet cared for!
