I've had a family cat since I was 10, who I greatly aided in taking care of. When starting college, I begin riding horses for the college team and fell head over heels in love with it, even the dirty stalls. I am happy to spend hours taking care of the horses and have no problem working early in the morning or late at night to make sure their needs are cared for. More recently, I fostered (and adopted) an 8 year old hound as he recovered from surgery, and have found how amazing and beneficial it is to have my dog with me. Since adopting him, we have been actively training him with basic obedience as well as some trick training to keep his mind busy. Finally, I have experience in dog sports including dock diving, agility, trick dog titles, and scentwork. Please be advised, as I do have my own fur baby at home, I greatly prefer drop-ins and/or short term care assistance over extended trips so I may best continue to care for my boy.
