I work from home, so my schedule is flexible. I like to take a morning walk with the dog for around an hour before I return home to start my work day. With lots of short breaks to spend sometime together playing and of course the all important cuddle time :) This is followed by a short walk during lunch hours around 30min before heading back to work and a late afternoon or evening walking walk.
