Pet care experience
I've always loved taking care of animals from household pets to farm animals. Growing up I enjoyed taking care of my family's pets including dogs, parakeets, and turtles. Since I was 10 I've been doing dog walks and drop-in cat care for family and friends, and since high school, I've also been doing overnight pet/house sitting. It makes me so happy to run around and play with dogs, and give them the fun, attention, and exercise they need. I have experience with leash training both puppies and adult dogs using positive reinforcement methods. I also love cats and figuring out their particular play/ interaction interests.

Gloria was great! Our booking was somewhat last minute and we added an additional day, but Gloria was able to be flexible and took great care of our pups! We’ll definitely book with Gloria again!
Gloria took great care of our elderly dog, Pete including giving him medications and picking up after him (inside and out). I would definitely book her services again!
Gloria has been a caretaker of my Pekingese puppy Bao Bao on and off for about 2 years. Bao Bao has a polarizing temperament, and Gloria is very good at keeping Bao Bao safe and the other dogs around him safe too. Gloria is attentive towards Bao Bao's needs (such as his special diet and meal plan) and a very engaged dog sitter from what I can tell.
Gloria is an incredible dog sitter! Our labs Cookie and George just adore her. She's been a great help with reinforcing our leash training regimen too. Whenever we're packing up to head out of town the pups don't even stress anymore because they know they're in for lots of play and fun with Gloria.

The type of care I'll offer depends on the service. For dog walking, we'll typically walk around your neighborhood to check out all the sights and smells. For drop-in visits, depending on your specific requests I'll happily play with your pets indoors, in a fenced-in yard, and give them lots of pets and attention.

I work remotely from home with flexible hours, so pet care fits in well with that schedule. It's also a good combination for me to get outside more throughout the workday.
