Hello, My name is Glennis. I am mom to and eight-year-old and I do voice over so, yes, your dog will get a professionally bestowed "voice" after I get to know them -- and my mom said I'd never turn a profit talking like a dog! My husband and I cared for my first baby, Gilda Raddog, a Scottish Terrier, for 14 years until she was in need of a compassionate end. I remember when I had my son it hit me that Gilda was a dog... I thought of her as my actual baby before, and my fur baby once I had my skin puppy (my name for kids). She taught me how to be patient and opened my heart so much. We now have a rescue named Penny Pinscher. She will be one in May and has been a pleasure to watch get comfortable with our family. I am still learning her personality, like the fact that she thinks she's big. I use positive reinforcement with her just as I did with Gilda. She can sit, fetch, comes when I call (even way across a dog park) and snuggles like a champ. As I said, I'm a mom, so my superpower is patience. I also cared for my father for eight years from the time he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's until he passed. While he never lived with me in my (then) small New York apartment, I worked closely with my sister to sell his house, move him with his sister, and then finally into a home for palliative care. I was honored to be able to give him a dignified end of life. I would love to get to know your baby, give them pets, butt scratches with my great back-scratching nails, some treats (if allowed), play and lots of walks! I have lots of free time between bookings and I love getting out in the sunshine, going to the dog park, or going for a hike - your call! Gimme them doggies!
