Glenn's Place was founded by my late husband Glenn. My name is Andra and he and I have been sitting dogs since 2016. We fostered over 65 retired greyhounds over 10 years and are a member of GPA Nashville (Greyhound Pets of America). I work from home 2 days a week but there will always be someone here. I am offering my home to dogs to stay, and visit with my two dogs, Maggie, a Border Collie mix, and Annie, a retired racing greyhound. My dogs are very friendly! I live on a quiet street, and have over 1/2 an acre fenced in back yard, with trees for shade, and a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. If your dog is house trained and sociable, they have the run of the house, otherwise we have a cage set up. We have had all kinds of dog personalities visiting, and I know your pets will have a great time too. I am home on Friday thru Monday, but there will always be someone in the home on the other days to watch your fur babies. I have a large fenced yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your pup company. I have a crate if needed or if your dog is well house trained they can enjoy the whole house.

The dogs has a good stay with Andra. We had a slight miscommunication with the dates of our stay but Andra was very accommodating and I appreciate her for doing so. We will stay again should the need arise and will double check our dates prior to booking.
Andra was wonderful and accommodated boarding for my dog on a short timeline. She sent me pictures and updates on how he was doing, I knew he was in good hands. Thank you again Andra
Andra asked to do a meet & greet first, which was great because I can see where my dog will be and the other dogs in the house. Meet & greet went well, dogs seemed calm and got along with my dog. When I dropped her off, Andra had 2 additional dog and was expecting another one. That made me feel uncomfortable because I haven’t seen the other dogs around mine and felt like there were too many dogs to care for at the same time. I only received an update when I text to check on her, she’d say she’s fine, sitting by me and sends a picture. When we got home, I noticed a couple of small cuts on her face and ear. :(
Hi Andra - we have made it back to ago Nashville. Planning to be by to pick up Lilly in a couple of hours but we can be flexible.

I like to know the dogs eating schedule, if they are allowed on furniture or the bed, if any meds need to be taken, how the dog reacts to storms or fireworks and any other pertinent information.
A typical day
The dogs go out a few times during the day and have a large fenced back yard to run in. I have a tennis racquet for dogs who love to chase balls.
