Pet care experience
Hey there! I'm Giulia, a biology PhD student and part-time dog-sitter. I started dog-sitting in 2018 but I've had a dog for 12 years and always loved any kind of pet. I take care of dogs of any size and age, I am very serious but friendly and empathic as well. I am confident and flexible, I am glad to arrange meetings and walks based on the owner's needs. My native language is Italian but I'm fluent in English. I can speak German as well as I've lived there for 2 years and I look forward to learning Dutch :D

Unser Wirbelwind Welpen fand den Tag mit Giulia toll ? viel Ausflug, spiel und Spaß. Sie hat sich sogar ein paar Tage vorher noch für einen kennenlernen Zeit genommen. Sie hat uns auch einige Tipps für Hunde gegeben und ist sehr flexibel ??

I have experience with staying at owner's apartment for taking care of the dog, I am very clean and attentive. Dogs feel comfortable with me and I will make them feel as if I'm their aunt/sister :)
Information giulia c. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to be informed if the dog is particularly shy or scared by loud noise or people, in order for me to be ready when encountering certain situations. As I am not particularly big or strong, young dogs of big sizes would be a challenge for me, but it doesn't hurt to try out :)
A typical day
I usually enjoy going to green areas to let the dogs wander and smell around. I don't feel it's safe to unleash dogs in open areas, even in the forest, especially if I don't know them very good.

Availability
As I'm working for my PhD project in a lab, I am free in the early morning or the late afternoon for walks. I could host small dogs in my apartment for up to 5 days.
