I want to be a dog sitter/walker because what better time to spend with pets apart of the family? Rather a calm dog or a hyper dog who always wants to play, they'll keep you on your toes or let you feel relaxed right along with them. Dog walking IS a liberating experience. Being able to see someone else besides a loved one happy to see you can really start your day! The exercise keeps you in shape and the flexibility in schedule is convenient for someone like me who wants to pursue the "Arts" of music. I spent a year with the Upper Westside (Manhattan) High end Pups! Multiple sittings here and there, rather family went on vacation or out of town for a day. Ensuring all instructions are followed accordingly: 2 3 walks a day replenish water and food. Handled many sizes and breeds, able to handle multiple dogs at once (If Clients are comfortable) If there's a dog run near by I like to take them to have a little interaction and exercise. Private walks available upon request. Dealt with hyper dogs, paranoid dogs as well as elder dogs all treated with care, patience and empathy. Dogs are FAMILY! OTHER dog walkers just walk your dog however I will take the time to learn your dog and build a foundation of trust and friendship. If your dog needs a little discipline here and there I'm sure i can get them to recognize whoever holds the leash is in charge respectfully. I'm trying to make dog walking my part time job even though i would like to dedicate vast amounts of hours to it to build my business. Im available early mornings to mid afternoons as stated and some weekends. Skills: Vast Temperament, Customer service/Communication/Interpersonal, Knows how to restrain all sizes. Physically Fit.
