Pet care experience
I have always had a dog and many cats since I was a child. Retired and traveling many times a year, it is not practical for me to own a pet at this time. However, I would love the privilege of connecting with your dog or cat for a short time. Rain or shine, I enjoy being outside more than in. It would be great to have something on the other end of a leash to enjoy it with. Inside it would also be nice to have a temporary companion. I don't mind being on the floor and/or cuddling with your dog or cat. Animals have always appeared to like me. Their senses are much keener than ours. Right away they usually know I'm their friend!!

Ginger R. is a wonderful person--she's a gentle person who is both caring and loving. Over the four or so years I've known her, she's taken care of my two cats in my home for up to a couple of weeks at a time while I traveled. I don't think they missed me at all, darn it. Haha It was obvious to me she provided for all their needs. I appreciated too that she periodically sent me message updates about them as well as cute pictures. Her personality traits as listed above, as well as her trustworthiness and responsible nature, make her the perfect candidate for this program.
