I lost my beloved dog, Cosmo, a 12 year old Shih Tzu last year to cancer (#cancersucks) He was truly my fur baby in every sense of the word and I treated him just like the 'King of the Castle' (one of his many nicknames). I grew up with a family dog, a cocker spaniel named Lucky and my sisters dog Luna (picture here!) a dashhound beagle mix and this is my first time I have not had a dog in my life. I'm an educated professional that works in Higher Education in New York City. Given hybrid work schedule, I'm commuting to the city a few days a week, which doesn't allow me the opportunity to have a dog of my own at this time. Having used sitters and walkers myself, I know how difficult it can be to trust 'just anyone' to take care of your four legged family member. My goal is to treat your baby just like Cosmo and ensure he/she can live their best life while helping to bring some joy into mine! :-)
