Hi there! I’m a soon to be registered dietitian and am completing my dietetic internship through the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Another tidbit about me: I.Love. Dogs. I have a dog of my own, named Scoby, he's an 80+ pound mutt who loves to be active. My partner and I adopted him 3.5 years ago in Massachusetts. I grew up with a Brittany Spaniel as well, but Scoby is the first pet I've personally owned. As such, I have plenty of experience with dog handling, I feel that I have pretty good 'dog radar' and am pretty fluent in dog body language. I can appreciate that a dog sees his world with his nose, and I always make sure to let my pup sniff until he's satisfied. I love a good game of tug of war or fetch, and of course the more pets the better (if the dog is up for it!). I love cats too! I currently live with one elderly kitty who is a bit needy, and I grew up with her mother as well. I get cats - I know that things happen on their terms and that to a cat, I might only be a human who happens to feed them when they're hungry and that's it. I do love a cuddly kitty as well! I'm responsible, timely and careful. I will make sure your pet has a great time-and that they’re ‘woofed’ by the end of our walk/playtime! I'm looking forward to hanging out with your dog or cat!
