I will travel to a long distance sit if the sit lasts at least two weeks. I am open to any location! My last ownership of pets was my four fur baby cats Tiger, Mama, Bingo, and Brownie. I rescued 3 of them off the street and got one from the city shelter. They were with me for many years and one lived til 19 years old. Two had kidney failure and I treated them with subcutaneous fluids for several years before they crossed over. I had a dog Gypsy in high school and college who had epilepsy. I gave her meds and she will always live in my heart! I have rescued dogs and cats and have either gotten them into a permanent home or no-kill animal shelter. I have cared for pets in my home by bringing cats who need extra care home from the animal shelter to help them heal and then returning them. I have helped stray cats and dogs in the street and the city shelter. I do my best to put them in a no-kill animal shelter. Now, I also have several pet sits under my belt and have enjoyed every pet! I have cared for cats, dogs, pigs, and geckos. I treat a pet as if it is my own when I care for it. Thus, I go the extra mile if I see or think of something that will make him or her happy and do it with it's parents permission.
