My dog stayed with Gina for day care for a few weeks and it ended with a NIGHTMARE of an experience. From the first time I went to her house, i noticed that the fence in her backyard had gaping holes in it, which my 9-lb terrier mutt could easily pass thru. I warned her immediately not to leave my dog in her courtyard area alone, as he would walk right out. She promised me this would not happen. 10 days later, I get a phone call from a random man telling me that he has my dog in his car at Kennedy park - that him and his girlfriend were driving down Tigertail Ave and saw my dog walking down the sidewalk and picked him up. I was so upset and in complete shock. I asked him to hold onto my dog until I could come get him. I immediately called Gina and she had NOT EVEN NOTICED that my dog had walked out of her yard and was GONE for 15 min!!! I obviously contacted My Dog Vacay (the previous site before it turned into Rover) and they assured me that the proper measures would be taken to ensure that Gina would no longer have access to small dogs until her fence was repaired. Thankfully, in Miami you can conduct a permit search - and she HAS NOT pulled a permit to fix her fence. I cannot believe she is back on this site taking in small dogs. If you love your small pet, you will not leave him/her here. This house is dangerous and she is careless.
