Pet care experience
I’ve walked and taken care of friend’s dogs (50 to 80lbs) on and off for the past 8 years. I love taking them on training walks, spending time building trust and confidence as they explore the world. I have a soft spot in my heart for reactive, shy, anxious dogs as an owner of one myself. I am not a dog trainer but I love to train and am taking classes that include cooperative care, clear communication, and management for those dogs that need a little help making good decisions.

Gina came over and looked after our pets for a few days while we were out of town over Thanksgiving. Despite the moderately short notice, Gina really came through for us. She truly is excellent. We really appreciated how well she communicated with us while we were away. Gina is both reliable and consistent. Our pets loved her. She even did training sessions with our dogs - which we really appreciated! We were also grateful for her help with some other minor household tasks. I’d like to know if your dog has any health issues, how they are with strangers, whether they are reactive to other dogs or people, if they are prone to chase small animals, anything that I should be aware of and to be prepared for when taking your pet out for walks.
A typical day
I love to give dogs mental and physical stimulation through sniffy walks, hikes in Hulda crooks, around the neighborhood, and more. I have frisbees, flirt poles, and kongs to Supplement our walks.
