Frequent work-related travels may have prevented me from having a dog of my own, but it hasn't dampened my love for these wonderful creatures. That's why I've poured my heart and soul into becoming an exceptional dog sitter. With experience fostering dogs, dog-sitting through Rover and tending to the pets of friends and family in my home, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the responsibilities that come with canine companionship. Whether it's for a brief visit or an extended stay, I'm here to provide the care, love and attention your dog deserves. Gina has looked after our dog on a couple of occasions. She provides great detailed updates with photos and videos each day. Gina takes our dog on regular walks and outings- including shopping trips- which we know she loves! We are confident our dog is in a loving, caring environment while we travel which gives us great peace of mind! Thank you Gina for your great care!
Gina has looked after our Shepherd/Rotti/Lab mix Chevy a number of times throughout his life from his puppy days to his later years. She always took excellent care of him, walked him, and gave him so much love. He would get excited when he’d see “Auntie Gina” because she became one of his people. We always felt he was in excellent hands when we left him with her and never worried. I would highly recommend Gina as a pet caregiver.
Gina has helped me out with my two cats many times by stopping by to feed them and give them lovin’s while I was away. She is responsible and caring and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their pet.

Let me know if your pets have any special needs or dietary restrictions upon booking. Also, if they have any preferences or fears, it's great to know that as well so I can prepare my space for them. I will always request a Meet and Greet before accepting bookings to ensure it’s a good match and so your pet and I can get to know each other. Must enclose whether they have been crate trained for overnight sleeping. For housesitting, I will not sit for dogs that are trained to use pee pads indoors. For boarding, I prefer to keep hypoallergenic dogs in my space (or dogs with little to no shedding).
A typical day
My favourites places to go walking with dogs is in nature! When dogs stay with me, they'll be sure to be taken on many hikes. In my fenced-in backyard, they'll have fun playing with their toys and games, and we'll take many walks around the neighbourhood during the day. On nice days, they'll spend most of their time outdoors.
