Hey there! My name is Gillian and I would love the opportunity to meet your furry best friend! I became a part time sitter because I have a true love for animals that I haven’t been able to explore within my current field of work. I’m hoping to gain experience to switch gears and start a career I’m passionate about. I grew up with a wide variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and hamsters. And have experience with care of both puppies, kittens and senior cats/dogs. My family and I love animals and have owned Labrador Retrievers, German Shepherds and Chesapeake Bay Retrievers to name a few breeds! We have also rescued 3 cats and I currently have my own long haired beauty living with me in West Philadelphia. I have prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant and although the position was short lived I gained great knowledge pertaining to both dog and cat care, handling and health. I look forward to continue to further my experience with animal CPR training in the near future! I also have reliable transportation in case of an emergency. I understand your pet is family and I can ensure responsible and tentative care when with me!
