Pet care experience
I am a clean, respectful, patient, responsible, punctual, and educated sitter. I have plenty of experience with pets; I volunteer regularly at shelters and love spending time caring for pets. I love pets of all kinds and sizes--especially dogs! I also have experience training animals and caring for untrained animals. I would love to care for your pet any night of the week! I am very flexible with my time and can do last minute reservations as well as last minute cancels.

Gil has always been great with dogs. He was always very friendly with my dog and treated it with care. He is very fun and likes to take the dogs to do things they like.
From the second I left my bichon frise Lucy with Gil, I knew she was in good hands. Gil was very attentive to Lucy and made sure to walk her 3x a day, and leave us detailed notes of what she did (following our instructions). He was also able to administer her medicines (which are a pain in the butt!). Gil was available at the last minute and she really took to him! I feel very comfortable having Gil stay at my apartment and find him very trustworthy.

Why I love dog sitting As a child, I spent full summers with my grandparents who had a golden retriever, King. I used to teach King tricks, run around the block, and take him with me to baseball games. I remember hot summers soaking in sprinklers with King and playing catch with the frisbee! Since then, I have been an avid pet lover.

I just need to be informed of his/her eating times and particular habits - any illnesses or special medicines that should be administered.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog I would prefer to spend as much time as possible! I don't have a dog in NYC so getting to play and care for pets is a fun thing for me. Extra house-sitting services Yes, absolutely!
