Your Pup's Home Away From Home 🐶
Pet care experience
Note: I'm away through May 2 but will respond to messages as soon as possible and schedule meet & greets starting May 3! WFH + fenced yard + 1 client at a time! I've been a pet lover forever and a pet sitter since college. I also fostered for NEAS for several years, helping dogs adjust to new environments & people to get them ready for their forever homes. Experience giving medications & taking care of my own and others' senior pets, too. I'll treat your pets just like my own.
Reviews
Gienna is considerate, communicative, and a great person to watch your pet!
What a wonderful dog sitting experience! We felt 💯 comfortable and confident in the care provided and we will surely use them again!
This was our first Rover experience and it could not have gone any better! Gienna was great with providing updates and pictures throughout the weekend, which we really appreciated. We felt at ease knowing that Tucker was being well taken care of! We are looking forward to booking with Gienna again in the future. Thank you!
Gianna was amazing! She was very responsive and sent me pics of my fur baby consistently. I felt very comfortable leaving Shiloh with her for a couple of hours and looking forward to using her next.

Safety: Everyone must go through one or more doors before they can even get to any door to the outside, allowing me to manage "door-dashers." I live in a quiet, safe, low-traffic Ward 1 neighborhood on the Peabody/Lynnfield line with great neighbors who look out for each other. Environment: We are a calm household with a fenced-in yard for frequent potty breaks. I keep a clean house and yard and there's plenty of room for dog beds, blankets and toys (and crates if you use one). There's also a lovely sunroom off the kitchen so I can keep an eye on dogs while feeding them separately if necessary. And yes, the dogs are allowed on the furniture, including the bed. Lots of snuggles happen here. I only board one client's pets at a time, so your pup is not fighting for attention. If your dog can't be left alone at all, ask me about my "constant care" rates!

Information Gienna S. would like to know about your pet
Food, bathroom, sleep & medication schedules are most important for all the animals I care for. Let me know their words. If you are working on certain commands or behaviors I will reinforce and practice them. All dogs are good dogs. But all dogs have their quirks, too. Please don't hesitate to fill me in. Counter-surfer? I'll make sure to remove any temptations. Exactly three treats before bed? I'm all about keeping up a routine. Absolutely no human food, no matter what, ever? I will follow your rules because *you* know what is best for your dog.
A typical day
We're in a fairly woodsy area near a pond and other natural spaces, so there are lots of great places to walk and sniff. We're also close to the beach and walking trails in the Lynn woods, if your dog is OK with a quick car ride! Don't worry, though: Low-key dogs or couch potatoes will do just fine here, too. Your pet will get tons of attention, affection, on-demand potty breaks, and romps in the fenced-in yard. Maggie, my 30-pound French Brittany, is very good at "reading" our furry guests, whether they are ready for action and play or they want some quiet time snuggling on the couch. She gets along with everybody she meets and is a great dog for those who are practicing socialization skills, too.

I work from home, so your dogs will get plenty of love, attention and quality time. I don't leave my own dog alone for more than a couple of hours, myself. And I'm a bit of a homebody, anyway.
