We both raised our dogs from puppyhood, and it’s not the first time for either of us. We come from families that have never known life without dogs, and part of our responsibilities as kids were caring for the dogs. Kelsey has at various points in his life been a 4 dog household, and Gianna a 3 dog household. We both have dogsat many times for neighbors and friends, and truly are interested in being sitters because we’re trying to get our dog fix without getting another pup for ourselves! Gianna currently works part time and is a part time student, so the hours she is home vary. Kelsey works full time but is typically available to be home when he’s off work around 4:15. Living out in Baderville gives us a lot of space. We have neighbors with horses, 2-3 dogs, goats, etc. We personally have a fenced yard that is 2 acres- aka, tons of room to run and play! Our pups are Beverly, a 2.5 year old border collie lab mix, and Nash, a 1 year old border collie/heeler mix. Nash is constantly playful, full of energy 24/7, and gets along well with all other dogs. Beverly is more of an independent gal; she gets along well with other pups when she feels like it, but otherwise disappears to her own corner to do her own thing. Gianna is very active, and if needed will be happy to take the dogs on walks or jogs, as well as weekend dog park trips at Thorpe.
