If I could give anything less than 1 star I would! I drove 7 hours to go on vacation only to have to turn around within hours after finding out that this sitter was giving subpar care to my dog. This sitter was booked for house sitting but rather chose to do drop ins keeping my dog in her kennel for most of the time. I was only able to find out about this because I have a camera I use to check in on my dog. After much discussion with Gianna about how I would have clean sheets on the bed, whether my dog would want to sleep with her, my offer to use anything she needed in the kitchen, how to work the TV, and ensure my home was clean for her stay, only to reiterate that in care instructions I left on paper for her. She never once told me that she had no intentions on staying with my dog. My dog is a senior with some anxiety; therefore, I choose to have house sitters rather than bring her to a boarding facility. It was a horrible experience that I hope no one else has to go through.

This is our second time booking Gianna for house-sitting with our senior Great Pyrenees and everything went very well! He’s happy and healthy and we received frequent updates and photos. Our home was also well cared for, like nobody was ever there! Will definitely book again, thanks Gianna!
