Gianna was amazing! She was very welcoming of Sadie and took great care of her. She treated Sadie like she was one of the family. I would highly recommend Gianna for your pet!
Horrible. She is not reliable. She did not follow Rover’s protocols. She cancelled after drop off as I was headed to the airport citing “Kennel cough” - the dog had been to the vet the day before. He had not coughed once since we owned him. And he has not coughed since she forced us to pick him up! She panicked versus seeking Rover’s advising protocols. She cost me plane fare and earnings. She was derelict in her duties once the dog was in her care. Panicked and failed to follow procedure. And lied. She made up an excuse.
Gianna was great with Penny! Showed up on time and Penny was SO happy and excited to go on her walk. I got pictures on the walk, which made my day! Can not thank Gianna enough for helping me with Penny!
