Pet care experience
I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years. I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets, from fish to cats to many kinds of dogs. I had the best dog growing up, a Black Lab named Skipper, who inspired my love for animals. I’ve helped friends, neighbors, and family by waking, feeding, and bathing their furry friends of all energy levels. Though I have no pets of my own, I am very close with my family, including my brother’s Australian Shepherd, Tess, as well as many friends’ dogs: Lab-Aussie mix Winnie, Boston Terrier Alex, Black Lab Ruby, Shih-Tzu Mochi, and many more!

Gia is wonderful! Awesome communication and pictures throughout the day. I was so comfortable leaving my pup with her, she asked all questions and made sure she understood all of my dogs needs. Beyond thankful for her caring ways. I 10 out of 10 would choose Gia anytime I go out of town, she’s beyond amazing and I know my pup agrees ☺️
Gia and I have been friends for almost 15 years, and she has always had a strong love for dogs. She always takes time out of her visits to my house to spend time with my dogs, and they always look forward to when she comes over because she is always so excited to see them. She has also dog-sat my dogs while I have been away numerous times and always takes care to make sure all their needs are met and they have lots of fun. Besides just loving dogs, Gia is one of the most responsible and hardworking people I know. Whether it's completing her schoolwork or working at her job, Gia always makes sure to put 100% into what she does and always makes sure the finished product is high quality. I could not recommend her highly enough!

I work in Midtown East and live in the UWS. I have of time to drop by for a walk, feeding, playtime, before/after work or stay overnight if needed, if you live in the UWS!
