With due respect to other pet sitters, i don't think there will be special skills that will set me apart to any pet lovers because all of us have one goals; to love and make our pets happy. I have taken care of dogs since I was young. We had several dogs, generation to generation. Our house is not a home without dogs and I can't remember a single year that we live without dogs. As I grow old, the passion of taking care of a pet becomes not only a responsibility but a need. Through the years, with experience of having dogs and watching youtube videos most of the time, I have learned about their differences and behaviours. My last experience of taking care of a dog was when I was an Au Pair and I got to take care of a loving dog for a year. I didn't walk him- i walk with him, feed him, play with him. I make him happy. I treated him as my kid and we really had fun memories together. I believe I have this kind of connection to dogs that there are several times that when I am passing to someone with a dog in the street, when a dog sees me- they waggle their tails and is excited for me to approach them. Which i won't pass without caressing them, which of course, with a permission of the owner.
