Professional House and Pet Sitter with over 25 years experience caring for home, estate, and pets. I am new to Rover (thus the low rate for my first few clients). I have a great love for canines of all shapes and sizes and will happily stand-in as your dog's best friend and exercise-buddy when you're out of town. Also happy to watch after your cats, feed your fish, birds, chickens, snakes, and just about any critter that isn't deadly. I will carefully tend to your garden as well. I'm a publishing professional with a Mac for an office and a job that tags along with me wherever I go, so you can rest assured your home will be occupied and safe while you are away. We were very lucky to find Geralyn to watch our house and pups over the holidays. She is reliable, attentive, responsible, and caring. We really appreciated her frequent communication and cute pictures of our dogs. We knew they were being well cared for and getting lots of love and exercise. Our house was also very tidy upon our return, which is a relief after a long trip back with two toddlers. We will definitely reach out to Geralyn when we need a house/dogsitter again.
I can't say enough good things about Geralyn. She was very responsive, attentive and caring. I felt super comfortable leaving my pups with her. They absolutely loved her. One thing I really appreciated was her willingness to go above and beyond. On the last day of my trip, the pups ran out of food, and knowing I wouldn't be home until later, she offered to go to the store and pick some up. She really cares about the pets she sits for and that is something I value a lot in a dog sitter. I would definitely hire her again and highly suggest you do the same. ?
Purrsha had only been with me a couple weeks when I went to see my aunt in Colorado. Lucky for me, Geralyn was available to cat sit and the two of them hit it off straight away. She'll be cat sitting again when I go to Mount Shasta next week. I was especially impressed when I moved my departure date back a few days; Geralyn was easy-going about the change and adjusted her plans without missing a beat.
