There’s just nothing like having a dog in your life! The face they make when you walk in the door is unforgettable, and their energy is totally infectious. Most importantly, I’ve always been inspired by dogs’ amazing and selfless spirits. It’s what gave me the idea to become a dog sitter! I think it’s always great to bring more happiness into the world, so helping dog and dog owners alike is really a dream come true for me. Not to mention that being around pups is when I’m at my happiest as well! I’m currently a full time homemaker, which means that I’m also a full-time dog lover! One of the best things about me as a sitter is that I’m fully free to look after your pup, which makes me a great fit for dogs that are already used to having their human around them during the day—or for ones that would benefit from that! Rather than keeping your pup crated when I’m away, they’ll be alongside me for the entire time that I’m with them. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I always want to provide peace of mind to my owners while they’re away, and I provide excellent customer service to pups and parents alike to make that happen! Even before the stay starts, I like to get as much information as possible on what makes your pooch tick so I can start thinking about how to make their dreams come true. I also like to get a good idea about your care expectations so I can know exactly what you need to feel that your pup is in good hands. During the stay, I’ll send lots of regular updates with accompanying pictures, so you can see just how much fun we’re having together! Likewise, I’m always able to be reached by phone, so never hesitate to get in contact with me for any reason!
