Pet care experience
I've grown up around dogs my entire life and absolutely love my own fur baby, Chewy. Chewy is a 6 year old long haired miniature Dachshund and a joy to have in our family. Before owning Chewy, I got my dog fix through helping my relatives train their search and rescue German Shepherds, helping my family train and raise our incredible Black Lab, and dog sitting for a variety of different friends/breeds. In addition to this, I have some basic small animal care skills through my time working at the emergency vet clinic at the zoo, as well as an animal caretaker for the penguins at the aquarium. I know how difficult it can be to find care for your pet when you need to travel or work late, and I especially know that boarding can be extremely pricey as well as stressful on our pets. I do work full time during the day and am a single mom, but am happy to help with after work/weekend walks, visits, and dog sitting.

Bowser looked very comfortable and happy staying with Georgianna. We received the photos and updates we requested and Bowser loved having a playmate in Chewy! I would 100% recommend Georgianna to any pet parent looking for a home away from home for their pet.

Georgianna is highly recommended! I will absolutely use her again. We arranged a nice meet up before the booking so she could meet my dog and she was extremely accommodating with drop off and pickup! My dog was exhausted when he got home, which means he got a lot of exercise! My little daughters loved getting pictures of our dog daily.

If your dog isn't fully housebroken, that isn't a deal breaker for me. My only preference is that larger breed dogs are trained not to jump, as I have a 2 year old son.
A typical day
I often take my dog for walks by the Merrimack River esplanade as well as the Wakefield lake loop. When we aren't out for walks I will play ball in my fenced in back yard.
