Pet care experience
We are not in a position to own a dog full time, but would love to look after yours short term - lots of attention and love guaranteed! We have grown up with animals, mostly dogs and cats. We have been dog walking for others for at least 15 years intermittently and short term care for around four years now. One of us will usually be at home, so would love to have some company throughout the day. Lots of nice walks close by on foot and plenty of action - people/dog watching in local Richmond. We have a closed in secure small garden and all our furry visitors have free roam of our house. Lovely surroundings for your dog! Please give me a message if you have any questions :)

Gennie was very professional and excellent with her help towards my dog. i had a few concerns and listed them to her and she carried them out perfectly. my dog can be a bit hyper but gennie took care of him perfectly without any complaints. i felt fully comfortable leaving my dog with her. would definitely recommend gennie.
Gennie was absolutely fantastic. She sent many pictures of our Freddie and precise report about his activity. We definitely want to ask Gennie for next time as long as she were available. Our Freddie surely enjoyed Gennie’s nice hospitality.
Our dog Lola had the best holiday with Gennie. She was really well looked after and had so many walks and hugs. We loved the daily updates and photos so the kids didn't miss her too much. We highly recommend Gennie as we felt we were leaving Lola with a member of the family.
Gennie was a brilliant dog boarder!! She treated Tyson like her own and made him feel loved and secure. She listened carefully to all his needs, and quirks, and ensured he was happy! Lots of daily walks and cuddles. Tyson had a brilliant time!! Gennie also sent me daily updates and photos of Tyson, putting our minds at ease. Gennie was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times, allowing for a greeting and get to know you session before his stay. Gennie is a lovely lady (and her partner was wonderful with Tyson) and is highly recommended!!! Will use again in the future!! Thanks again :-)
