Hello, I’m Genna! Welcome to my Rover Profile! Booking Now Available for Winter, Spring, and Summer! • My love for animals stems from my childhood. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, hamsters, etc! • I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area, but relocated to Ventura for 5 years. I graduated from CSUCI with a Bachelors in Psychology. I moved back to the area in June 2022. • I have minor social anxiety with humans, but not with your pets! Genna is fantastic! I recently had to return to my commute after working from home for 4 years and being at home with our dogs (who are very attached) every single day. I was sad and nervous about leaving them alone but knowing Genna is there with our girls has really helped me feel better about the situation. She’s so good with our pups, she’s responsive, caring, prompt and provides great updates! We are so happy we found a reliable person to help care for our girls while we’re at work. They look forward to her visits and enjoy them very much. I can tell because often times when I come home they don’t greet me as if I’ve been gone a long time! Dog Walking & Drop-Ins - Always making sure your animal is properly strapped in their harness, gentle leader, etc. I always have a good eye out for anyone coming in any direction. I will care for your pets exactly like you would! I always double check everything on my way out "Is the door locked?" "Does Fido have water?" These are the things that keep me up at night(when they shouldn't).

Any or all of the activities below can be done while I visit your furry friend. • Fetch and Play - If you have a yard or if your dog loves the park, I am happy to acommodate! • Mini Photoshoots - Do you want nice photos of your pup? Let me know and I’ll take some! I am a photographer and dogs are my favorite models. • Love - Your dog will receive endless love, scratches, belly rubs and cuddles! • Favorite Places To Visit - Civic Park, Heather Farms, or wherever your furry friend wants to go!

Availability
Pet care fits into my life 24/7 as I am a dog and cat mom myself! I open availability to care for your pet. I do rover full-time so I can be available almost any time you need me. We would be a good fit if you are looking for an occasional dog walker or house sitter for a few days you may be out of town or even when you are at work! I am available to housesit in Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill, but unavailable for surrounding cities such as Alamo, Martinez, Concord/Clayton, and Lafayette. I am available to be a weekly walker if you needed me on a certain day and time. There will be a better fit for you on rover if you are looking for housesitting for anything over 3 nights! I have my own pets so staying more than 3 nights with your pets can be challenging.
