Pet care experience
I've grown up with Golden Retrievers since I was 6 years old. I've trained and cared for 5 from playful puppies to senior souls. I rescued my best friend, Crissy, a pug when she was 7 years old and had her for 11 more years. Apart from loving my own fur babies, I've looked after dogs ranging in all sizes from Chihuahua to Rottweiler - walking, feeding, maintaining veterinary appointments and administering prescriptions if required. I am confident in my ability to care for doggies with specialized diets, senior needs, social anxiety, incontinence issues and those in need of extra TLC. I've never met a dog I don't love!

Genevieve has an amazing and magical connection with animals - from dogs to bunnies, kit cats to turtles. Gen's genuine love for all creatures big and small is a beautiful thing and she has never met a dog who's tail hasn't wagged when she enters the room. She is dependable and builds trust with her charges. Outside of the animal kingdom, Gen is a favorite Aunt, loving daughter, caring sibling and faithful friend. She is energetic and adventurous. If your dog could talk they would say, " I like her the best", "when is she coming back" and "can we have a sleepover"? I wholeheartedly recommend Genevieve!
Genevieve is the best - I cannot recommend her enough! She treats my pup Goose with so much love and cares for him like he is her own. Goose has a few quirks which require a little extra patience, and Genevieve is always more than willing to do things on his terms. For the humans: she’s a great communicator, reliable and on time! And she always sends cute pictures of their adventures together.
I was lucky enough to have Genevieve walk my pup for me over a long weekend and I cannot recommend her enough! She is caring, attentive, and I have never seen my pup so happy! Will definitely be using her again! Highly recommended, thank you Gen!!!!!

I am not able to host animals overnight in my home, but I will definitely consider caring for your pup overnight on a case-by-case basis.

I want pet owners to feel good knowing that their pups are in good hands and that they can rely on me for their safety and health. With that, I think the more info pet owners can share, the better. When did they last go out and do their business? How’s their appetite? Is there a dog in the neighborhood that upsets them that we should avoid? Are there noises or places they don’t like? Can people (especially kids) pet them? Do they get treats?
A typical day
I love to be active but I’m also sensitive to dogs’ energy. If they need to run around - let’s do it! If they just want to do get out and do their business - let’s do that! If they just need some petting and reassurance or even just their meal - I am happy to be at their service! And obviously with some guidance from their human :)

I am centrally located in Brentwood City Center and am available for walks/ feedings/ check-ins/ playing/ cuddles after 5pm on weekdays and I’m flexible on weekends.
