Genesis was amazing. She was able to take my dog on only a few days notice when I found out my usual dog sitter had to tend to a family emergency. She responded to her Rover request in a matter of minutes and was great to work with. This was my (10 yo) dogs first time staying with someone new, and not in my home. Genesis was so accommodating and opened up her house to her and made her feel right at home. Everyday she sent me a picture of video of her and all of the adventures they went on (errands, walks, hikes). I almost felt that my dog wouldn't want to be picked up at the end of the week. She gave my barder Collie the attention and exercise that she needed the week I was gone and would 100% request her next time I go away and recommend her. If I could give her more than 5 starts, I would!

Genesis, now formally known to both Sunny and I as Auntie G, took care of Sunny like he was her own. She came to the rescue when I needed a sitter last minute for ten days!!! and gained my trust throughout. Genesis reached out before I could while on vacation and sent constant check ins to let me know the status of Sunny. Genesis is trustworthy and genuinely cares so much for my Sunny boy. She even gifted us a toy that Sunny grew fond of. I will absolutely no doubt book with her again. Thank you again!!
