I am a person who legitimately treats my pets like best friends. It's important to show a dog that they know how loved and important they are. This is their place to feel a sense of ownership. Every dog has a desire for love and attention. I always make sure my animals have their own place in my heart and place in my home. I even love cooking their own specific doggy meal according to their nutritional needs and breed. Also, I have been very succesful at teaching my dogs new tricks and how to stay calm in situations in a way that they won't be scared, or don't feel overwhelmed. I've been successful with training such as sitting, laying down, fetching, shaking, and spinning. Every dog has their niche. I believe having fun with a dog is key. And when I am meeting a new fur friend for the first time, warming them up to me seems to be a very simple task.
